I'm Richard, a personal trainer, group trainer & nutritional advisor in the Wimbledon area since 2002. I'm motivated to help anybody find a more fun & rewarding health & fitness experience.
I come from a sports loving background and that's good news as it means my fitness world is not restricted inside the four walls of a gym.
If you were to train with me I could open your eyes to way more than just gym based cardio and weights workouts (of course there's plenty to enjoy here too at our gym studio in Raynes Park).
