Boot camps are a great way to get or stay in shape, regardless of how fit you are. As well as getting fit, you will enjoy the social aspect and the sense of achievement at finishing something that will benefit your body and your mind. Beginners are very welcome.

 

Since the Coronavirus outbreak I have transformed a couple of my outdoor sessions into fantastic online classes! So now you can achieve amazing levels of fitness & strength in the comfort and safety of your own home.

 

There's 4 boot camps you can attend every week - 2 via the zoom app, 2 face to face in the Wimbledon & Raynes Park (see below). NHS and Key Workers get 20% off till the end of the 2020! Just contact me to register your interest at richard@fitnessize.co.uk

 

You could pay as little as £4 a session for the whole household/ family (£55 a month all inclusive). Online single sessions are just £7.50 each, face to face its £10.

Wednesday 7-740am Home BLAST Boot Camp (online only)

  • A fantastic socially distanced circuit session with a minimum of 3 kick/ box stations

  • You will learn the art of boxing in a fun & energetic environment

  • You will get fit fast using varied & entertaining Box HIIT workouts

  • With a balanced healthy eating plan you can tone your body from tip to toe

  • BLAST boot camp is 30 mins of high intensity interval training

  • Short sharp session to boost fitness and metabolism for the whole day

  • You will get stronger all the time while boosting your fitness levels to new heights

  • Extreme variation with fitness levels assessed and rewarded every 8 weeks

  • Improve your run speed, endurance & strength

  • Constant varied sessions to maximise enjoyment and improvement

  • A full on body weight strength session using your own TRX or similar suspension trainer

  • Lets get stronger, fitter and more toned

  • Using a wide variety of body weight supension exercises in a multitude of ever changing formats to keep you & your body stimulated
