Boot camps are a great way to get in shape or stay in shape, regardless of how fit you are. As well as getting fit, you will enjoy the social aspect and the sense of achievement at finishing something that will benefit your body and your mind. Beginners are very welcome.

 

I run a number of fun and challenging bootcamps in the Wimbledon area. You can from my 3 boxing bootcamps, HIIT bootcamp and running club to find the fittest and most fun you!

 

With 5 boot camps a week to choose from if you chose my monthly deal, you could pay as little as £5 a session.! One a week packs are £10-12 per session. Newbies can try our special £15 for 2 sessions to try a couple of sessions for yourself. We bootcamp. You can too!

1BOX CARDIO

Monday 930am Family Box HIIT Fit

  • For all keen exercisers including parents & their kids

  • You will learn the art of boxing in a fun & energetic environment

  • You will get fit fast using varied & entertaining Box HIIT workouts

  • With a balanced healthy eating plan you  can tone your body from tip to toe

2RUN CIRCUITS 

Monday 6-640pm At Home Running Circuits

  • Improve your run based cardio, fitness, leg strength & core strength

  • Constant varied sessions to maximise enjoyment and improvement

  • Just need a small space at home, matt, water & possibly a chair

  • Keep motivated by training for some run challenges!

3H.I.I.T 

Wednesday 1230pm & Friday 7am Home BLAST Boot Camp

  • BLAST boot camp is a 30 mins high intensity interval training (HIIT)

  • Short sharp session to boost fitness and metabolism for the whole day

  • You will get stronger all the time and boost your fitness levels to new heights

  • Extreme variation with fitness levels assessed and rewarded every 8 weeks
